At Poetic Just Ice Cream, we take pride in creating delicious, high-quality ice cream for our customers. Because our products are perishable and temperature-sensitive, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once an order has been picked up or delivered.

However, your satisfaction is very important to us. If your order arrives incorrect please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order at our Contact Us page. We’ll be happy to review the situation and, when appropriate, provide a replacement or issue a refund.
