Poetically Correct came from a conversation with my oldest daughter, Heaven. We were sitting on the phone together, talking the flavors out, and I said I wanted one that stood for all something inclusive, rich, and universal, like love itself. That’s when she said, “Poetically Correct.” I thought it was brilliant. The flavor had to live up to the name, so I made it bold, silky, and deeply chocolate. To me, it represents love, unity and respect in a scoop . a flavor that belongs to everyone.
