Sweet Orleans is actually the flavor that kicked it off! I’ve made ice cream before but this time was different. I was having a moment during meditation and after I expressed how I wanted things to go and the ease I desired in my steps through life. Not long after I was moved to make ice cream, I wasn’t thinking of a business at all! I walked in the kitchen and I said to myself “let me see how this feels” and I made the ice cream and I clearly said to myself “this feels like ease” . So I made the ice and left the house for a few hours and at this point I didn’t even taste it before I left. I got home tasted it and was BLOWN away. I had this surge in me and I knew immediately this was a business I was being shown. Strawberry was the first flavor I made, I didn’t have a name for it or the business but I knew this was IT. It’s also my mamas favorite flavor of them all! Sweet Orleans is the perfect name for this flavor, the first flavor should pay homage to my favorite place in the world, my home.
